Unclear dark yellow color with a fine white head. Ok lacing. Nice aroma with a fine intensity. Medium body and a fine carbonation level. Pleasant acidity and a bit dry texture. Citric, raspberry, biscuit and some green apples in the flavor.

(Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm, 10 Feb 2017) Reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty nose with caramel, dark bread and prunes. Malty, fruity taste with notes of caramel, dark bread, toast, dark fruit, a touch of cinnamon and a balanced earthy, spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced winter ale. Nice one.
