On tap at Mikkeller Odense. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of grain and hay, with strong DMS. Sweetish malty flavour with fresh grain, hay and grass.

Aroma is slightly fresh sour-ish fruity, soda powder, sorrel, citrus, hay, grass, fruit salt, paper, coriander, pepper corn, flowers Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, soda powder, fruit salt, hay, sorrel, paper, minerals, citrus, grass, flowers, sawdust, coriander, lime. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice.
