Grassy, piney and resinous with some hints of caramely maltiness, citrus, grapefruit, some fruits, long lasting lingering bitterness. Pretty good old skoolish west coast IPA.

(Keg at Tired Uncle’s Taproom, 20251211) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had citrus fruits, herbalness and mildly honey. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were citrus fruits, herbalness, honey and bitterness. Aftertaste had citrus fruits, herbalness and bitterness. A tasty hoppy brew with sharp hop notes.
