Bottle. Pours a somewhat cloudy orange hue with a small white head. Yeah, this is an odd one. A big fruity metallic nose. Plums, dark fruit, big chardonnay barrel, yeasty. Bitter and fruity, also dry wine. Lots here.

Bottle in Tokyo. Mall tasting 2019 haha. Pours a clear yellow color. A nice sweet funky fruity nose. Honey, sour apples, tart, a bit of dusty grains. Interesting.

Thanks jinroh for sharing! Taster showing deep amber with no head. The nose shows intense notes of wheat and light honey. The palate is medium bodied and not carbonated. Tastes like chinese medicine.

Very sweet. Tons of apricot, Chinese liquor, honey, minerally character. Very dry medicinal with tons of apricot. Horrible finish

Fairly pale white color. Delicate semi-sweet nose with honeydew and muscat. Off sweet, modest carbonation. Slightly tart and touch ginger in the finish

Tap at UJH. Pale colour, no head. Tartish, rotten apple nose. Light-bodied. Some plum, honey. Tartish, artifical candy flavours. Did I mention that this is medicinal?

Tap at UJH. Pours pale yellow. Aroma and flavor are sour, fruits, some sugar, stanky. Feels watery. Overall: drinkable.

Bottle (thanks karl-kristjan). Poured with yeast, so looks murky brownish amber. Aroma and flavor are booze, sour, sweet, booze, white wine, barrel, bitter. Overall: okish I guess.
