Draught @ Haket. pours hazy yellow with a small frothy white head that leaves some sparse sticky lacing on the glass. Smell is fruity with crackers, lemon juice, mango, gooseberries, hay, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is sour and fruity. Mouthfeel is soft, dry, tart and light bodied. Finish is sour with crackers, lemon juice, mango, unripe passion fruit, gooseberries, yoghurt, hay, minerals and lemon zest. Solid fruity light berliner. Bit heavy on the unripe fruit character. Not sure if it’s due to the quality of the fruit used or other factors but would like it riper and juicier.

Draught. Almost clear deep red/ruby liquid with small medium light tan head. Aroma of lemon, light grain, red berries, light apple skin and light lacto. Taste is dry and medium sour with notes of light lemon, red berries and light apple skin. Light bodied with medium to high carbonation. Super nice! Very drinkable.
