Bottle from Chocoversum, Hamburg. Pours slightly hazy tea amber with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of cocoa, with estery touches and hints of hops. Bitter, roasty flavour of dark chocolate, with notes of cocoa beans and, well, little else. Roasty and estery touches. Well, I am not a fan of liquid raw cocoa beans. What on earth is this, to be honest? Yet another botch-up by the Haus der 131 Atrozitäten? A deliberate one? No....

Bottle, 6.0%. Slow gusher. Sort of chocolate aroma. Cloudy amber colour, perhaps copper. Small white head. The flavour has astringent bitterness, some breadiness. Awfully bitter chocolate and... ALMOST NO IRON FLAVOUR?!?!

Bottle shared at THT September. Lear amber with white head. Sweet malts, chocolate, hazelnuts. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. Better than expected I must say. Quite nice.

Sampled at THT September. Slight hazy deep dark golden with light beige head. Dusty raw cocoa, soft moldy, light sweet malts, soft cardboard, light herbs. Light sweet and bitter. Over light bodied. A bit dusty but not too bad.
