Bottle from Haus der 131 Biere, Hamburg. Pours hazy mid brown with a small lasting off white head. Aroma is sweet, toffee, pecan nut and chocolate which starts strongly but fades. Very sweet, with a touch of sour. Body is a little thin, oily texture, average carbonation. The sweetness is rather artificial and slightly unpleasant.

The beer starts smooth. Malty, fresh. Not really chocolate there, hints of sweetness. The chocolate is in the aftertaste but the malt is too intense. The aftertaste is not too bitter, but lots of grain and malt. The chocolate is very subtle.
