750 ml clear plastic bottle, from Alko Karigasniemi. ABV is 11%. Clear very pale greenish-yellow colour, slightly sparkling, no head. Nice aroma of pears. Very sweet (too sweet) flavour of dessert pears and artificial pear candy.

Vertical with La Face Cachée de la Pomme Bulle de Neige Bubble
Aroma is rather sweet and feels artifical. It has pear and fruit candy. And for some reason it reminds me of parties 15 years ago. Flavour is rather weird. It starts decent with artifical apple but then turns to acidic white wine tones and finishes somewhat watery and dry. Watery, 8% ABV and still no booze around – how did they do it? I must say that I expected worse.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a pale yellow color with a no head. Has a fruity sweetish spicy pear aroma. Very sweet sugary weak pear flavor. Has a sweetish sugary pear finish with boozy hints.

Bottled. Yellow colour, less than a minor head, which doesn’t last for that long. Aroma is sweet green apples, alcohol and some vinegary notes. Flavour is rather similar with the alcohol being quite stinging and disturbing. Semidry palate. Not ver pleasant though.
