Bottle, 4.7 % ABV. Smell of ash, milk. Very dark brown colour, extreme brown head. Aroma of milk, lactose, ash, some roasted malt. Bitter with some sweetness. Medium carbon, slightly viscous texture.

Mild smell of hops, spruce. Deep dark brown colour, extreme brown head. Aroma of caramel malt, oak, hops and spruce. Wild carbon, sweet with some bitterness. A rather nice surprise and a balanced flavour.

On tap at Suuret Oluet Pienet Panimot - Tampere, pours a cloudy peachy pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of fresh raspberries, with light Belgian yeast. Flavour is fresh, with lots of yeast, subdued raspberries and earthy notes. Yeasty and lacking clarity. Not dialed in properly.

On tap at Suuret Oluet Pienet Panimot - Tampere, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out fish sauce and soy sauce upfront, with toasted malt. Flavour is a little more pleasant, with plenty of soy sauce and light toasted malt. Too much soy sauce. It's alright.

On tap at Gastropub Nordic, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out detergent - tastes like the lines haven't been cleaned. Flavour is full of detergent - yep, the lines haven't been cleaned. Some soapy, floral hops buried there, but I can't get past the detergent. Not good at all.

On tap at Gastropub Nordic, pours a clear hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out banana, light clove and wheaty notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with light banana, some clove, and wheaty notes. Banana and cloves on the finish, with sweet esters. Not great.

On tap at Gastropub Nordic, pours a hazy dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out sweet chestnut, herbal notes and caramel malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with caramel, chestnuts and some sweet herbal notes. Strange beer - sort of kvass-like. Meh.

Draught @ SOPP Tampere 2018. Aroma has cocoa, some soy sauce. Flavour has cocoa, some salty licorice, tobacco and some ash. Some herbal notes in the finish. Reminds me of slottskällans IS. This is a bit more watery though.
