Bottled. Golden colour, huge white head. Aroma is tropical fruits, some mild tartness and mild herbs. Flavour is fruity, floral, some tropical fruit concentrate and mild toffee. A bit low on the carbonation, but otherwise nice.

(Keg at St. Urho's Pub, 20230129) The beer poured pale mahogany coloured and nearly clear. Its head was medium sized, dense and white. Aroma had malts, caramel, spicy notes and a hint of black pepper. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were earth, malts, caramel, black pepper and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. A tasty and balanced malty brew with clearly pronounced rye notes.

Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, caramel - sweet malt, fruity malt, fruity hops, dusty hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230122]
