BB Mar/31/2027. Dark opaque colour, big brownish head. Toasted black bread aroma with licorice. Medium-bodied. Toasted, bitter, rye spiceyness, lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. Lots of foam, probably active yeast making tricks. Ok.

(Keg at Barley & Bait, 20260604) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had citrus fruits, floralness, tropical fruits and mango. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were citrus fruits, floralness, mango, honey and bitterness. Aftertaste had ripe fruits, zesty notes and bitterness. A good hoppy brew with soft bitterness.

33cl bottle @ Grøn, Helsinki.
Couleur léger pâle/dorée, col épais crémeux blanc assee tenace.
Arôme est délicat tirant sur de fins effluves maltés. Léger sur le côté toasté/caramel céréales tout en ayant un léger houblonné noble en support - pointe fleurie.
Palais est sur une belle note maltée entre le pils, léger caramel avec une petite note toastée. Finement houblonné en support avec un retour fleuri / léger herbacé. Sympa sans pour cela être exceptionnelle voire justifier le prix qui restait correct pour un étoilé mais cher comme partout pour la Finlande.

Faint smell of rye bread. Black colour, high light brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, tar, rye bread, ash. Very bitter. Half dry palate. Soft carbon. Nice bitter kick.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Dark brown, small head. Interesting peppery oak meet caramel and vanilla. Sweet with full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Spicy oak, coffee and caramel. Warming mid bitter finish.

A black beer, a head is quite small and light brown. Aroma has dry roastiness, balancing caramel. Taste has roastiness, light caramel, quite dry, but nicely almost full bodied. Good beer.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Clear mahogany colour, small heaf. Peaty, smoky caramel aroma. Mid sweet with above medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Toast, brown sugar and peat. Long bitter finish.
