Smell of redcurrant, yeast, straw. Hazy straw colour, high white head. Aroma of redcurrant to start wth, becomes quickly a "normal" saison, yeasty and strawy. Wild carbon. Medium sour. Light body. Great summer drink.

Aroma has tropical fruits and minerals. Flavour has tropical fruits, grapefruit, some grassy tones and strong mineral notes. Too dry and harsh, needs more fruits. Not bad still.

Tap at Black Door, Helsinki. Color is murky orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Some fruits, some distant hints of hops, yeast and malts. Very homebrewish musty IPA. Total mess. Please don't calm this one IPA.

On tap at Black Door, pours an opaque dirty orangey brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is loaded with diacetyl, with banana, esters and resinous hops. Flavour is similar, with banana, butyric, a little diacetyl, and subdued earthy hops. This is wrong on many levels. Pull this from the lines - this is messed up.

A dark brown beer, a head is small and beige. Aroma has caramel malts, breadyness, some red berries glue. Taste has breadyness, red berries, some sourness. Medium bodied. Unpure. Quite a weak beer.

Tasted at TCBF 2018. Smell of yeast, dandelion. Cloudy yellow colour, white head. Aroma of wheat, grain, yeast. Sweet with a faint sourness. Lively, soft carbon. Light body. More of a weizen than wit to its flavours.
