Draught@Bock’s, Vaasa. Slightly hazy ambery orange colour with a mediumsized slightly off white head. Aroma is some sweet malts, caramel and also quite grainy notes with a mild floral and quite earthy hops to it. Flavour is quite similar. A pleasant beer by all means, but is not very IPA like at all (neither UK nor US IPA like). According to the brewer the future batches will get the hop profile tweaked from this "prototype".

Draught@Bock’s, Vaasa. Hazy opaque yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is apple juice along with some vinegar and mild green apple skins as well. Flavour is quite similar with a slight tartness to it. OK, but I would have let it ferment a bit longer to become a bit drier than it was. Aftertaste had quite much apple juice notes to it.

Bottle (from Prisma, Vaasa). More or less black colour with a mediumsized beigeish brown head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is quite strong on the roasted notes, some bready malts as well as some mild grassy/herbal hops to it. Flavour is quite strong on the roasted notes, has some chocolate too, and mild black coffee roastiness to it. Yet it’s rather mellow. As it warms up a bit from being fridgecold the aftertaste does get some slight spicy/herbal notes to it as well. Pleasant surprise!

Tap at brewpub. Hazy yellow color, small white head. Overriped banana and light spiceyness in the nose. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Banana, citrus-acidic with even some veggie notes. Watery finish. Meh.

Flaske 500ml. Gave fra Patrik til Rune som vi delte på Nerstranda 14 Okt 15. Mørk gylden. Svakt uklar. Veldig høyt kremaktig skum. Aroma av krydder. Smaken søt ubestemmelig frukt.

500ml bottle, special designed, many thanks to oh6gdx. Next to clear dark golden body. Fair pearl white head that laced well. Grainy malts and dusty hops on the nose. Mixed taste of malty sweetness, ripe citrus and herbal hops. Mid-sweet ending. Rounded mouth feel. Just alright (shared with Finn, Tromsø 14.10.2015).

(Bottle, 0.5 - L1.9 - BB 04.11.2025, thanks oh6gdx, 20150927) The beer poured deep golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had boiled vegetables and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness. boiled vegetables, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. A poor uclean brew that stil left an impression that the brewery could do better.

Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, malt extract, light toasted - roasted. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, bread, nutty, dark malt, caramelized malt - brown sugar, thin.
