Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, damp stain - fusty, light yeasty, earty malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, damp stain - fusty. Aroma has strong buttery tones and grassy hops. Flavour has buttery malt, grain, grassy hops and some menthol tones. Very close to Kukko Pils.

Tap at brewpub. Nut brown color, small steady off-white head, lace. Yeast, metal, caramel and nuts in the nose. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Light nutty caramel, light veggie hoppyness. Hints of chocolate. Meh.

Bottled (from K Citymarket Kivihaka, Vaasa). Golden colour, small off-white head. Aroma is bready malts, some grains, herbs. Flavour is grainy, some bready notes, yeast and not all too much hops. Not all too good.

Bottled (from K Citymarket, Vaasa). Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is grainy, yeasty, very much sweeter than the draught version. Flavour is yeasty, some herbal, grassy and somewhat sweet malty notes. Also a bit of pea soup. Compared to the draught version, this one won’t survive and isn’t as fresh feeling as the draught version is. BBE is pretty much three months from bottling date, which actually might be very true to how long the beer will hold.
