IPA classique assez bien ficelée, et agréable à boire en bordure de lac sous le soleil - surtout que celle-ci est brassé à Kuopio.
Léger orange / vibrant, pâle, col épais crémeux blanc.
Arôme est bien axé sur les houblons, pas mal de pin/résine avec un support marqué des agrumes dont pas mal de notes de pamplemousse rose.
Palais est sur une base classique bien IPA - pas de haze ce qui est un gros plus. Pointe sèche tout en ayant une bonne grosse dose de pamplemousse rose avec une touche de résine et feuilles en infusion. Malté en balance.

A golden beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has grapefruit, lime, but not fresh enough. Taste has grapefruit, somehow too sharp. Medium bodied. This should be fresher and smoother.

Smell of straw, citrus, pine. Cloudy yelow colour, high white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, citrus, some malt, faint oat in finish. Medium carbon. Juicy sweet, lightly bitter.

Can 44 cl. Cloudy, opaque golden with a solid and lacing, white head. Very distinct passionfruit aroma. Medium body, quite a soft mouthfeel. Initially somewhat sweet mango notes before the lactic tartness takes over. Tart and dry finish. 230426

Can 44 cl. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a small, rough, white head. Odd if interesting aroma - ahh, it's peach flavoring. Light body, somewhat sweet notes of peaches with the passionfruit more subdued. Dryish finish. Has nothing to do with a Witbier. 230426

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy deep straw colour, rich coarse head. Aroma of pears and apricot. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with pine, pears ans mango. Low to medium bitterness.
