From tap @ brewpub (visited 28. 6.) F: big, off-white, good retention. C: pale gold, bit hazy. A: deep malty, bready, bit spicy, floral, bit earthy. T: rich malty, bready, spicy, bit caramel, medium body and carbonation, decent harmonic bitterness, very nice balanced without flows with full malty taste and it should contains spelt so may be that’s why, fully enjoyed.

On tap at the brewpub.. Pours gold with tall white head.. Sweet malty nose. Tastes sweetish, malty, bitter tail. Quite yeasty and high sharp carbonation. It doesn't suit the hot weather :)

T: rich malty base, bready, dry on the palate, toast, nice long lasting harmonic bitterness, bit herbal spicy, medium body and carbonation, very nice for the style, fully enjoyed.
