Tap at the brewery. Aroma mostly malty, nice bready, grainy. Slightly hazy yellow colour. Creamy white head, full duration. Taste is initially malty, bready, grainy, with a distinct signature character, which probably comes from the spelt malt. After some time hops appear, and continue to ring into a pretty long bitter finish. I could not pick any individual hops flavour, in fact it was hard to separate the malt and hops flavour, as funny as it sounds. The flavours are very well intertwined and rounded. The body is a bit on the thin side, but that is to be expected at this Plato. It is however countered really well with excellent drinkability. This is a wonderful session beer. It was gone really fast (the batch), which speaks for itself, so I have to write this from my memories of the numerous glasses I had.

Handbottled from Richtar Jakub. Golden color with medium white head. Malty aroma with Saaz hops. Taste, malt, bitter hops, honey, bee wax. Long hoppy bitter finish. Good.

Handbottled from Richtar Jakub. Dark amber colored beer with medium white head. Roasted malt, caramel, smoke in aroma. Taste, malt, caramel, notes of bacon. Not very pleasant Rauchbier.

Tap at the brewpub. Aroma DMS, cooked vegetables corny, as much as I hate to say this. Clear gold-amber colour. As to the taste, while the mouthfeel is coating, viscous, the flavours are not to my liking. I am getting cooked veggies and that is about all. Light toasted malty. One of this brewpub?s lesser pieces unfortunately.

(tap 0,5l @ Pivárium (Brno)) Yeast, hops aroma. Hazy golden color. Huge, creamy, white head. Light sweet, medium bitter, hops taste. Medium-full body. Long light bitter finish. Very good beer.

Tap at RJ. Aroma is mostly hoppy, american hops present. Hazy amber-brown colour. Taste has coffee flavour poking out. Otherwise it is balanced, medium american malts with malty sweetness. Maybe a little bit over-dark-malted but still a very good ale.

Tap at brewpub. Dark brown color with thick beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, aromatic hops. Taste, very short malty, floral, citrus hops., dark fruits. Strong hoppy finish. Tasty.

Aroma: Mild caramel malty and mild fruity.
Palate: Medium body. Slight sweet and a mild bitterness. Soft carbonation.
Taste: Fruity on a balanced caramel malty back.
Overall impression: A bit plain and dull, but still ok.
