L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la continuità olfattiva è appena percepibile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione rientra nella norma. Il liquido appare velato e anche qui la stessa grandezza medio-fine delle bollicine, ma con carbonazione bassa. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali che permangono sfociano in un finale di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul palato si depositano sentori di caramello, miele, cereali e frutta secca.
