Can. Clear dark brown beer, small bubbly tan head that doesn't last. Palate starts smooth and slightly viscous but, develops good fine carbonation on the back end. Smooth rich malts, a smooth dark malt cream and mild chocolate. Rich caramel, exactly the burned sugar you would expect from a creme brulé. Sorter creamy vanilla on the back end, like a lick of soft vanilla ice cream. More burned sugar caramel on the back end along with a little alcohol spice that peps things up. Nicely done. Nails the concept and delivers a rich tasty brew.

Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some rhubarb, mild pineapple as well as some slight citrusy elements. Flavour is quite similar,. Very refreshing and somewhat dry.
