Another gusher-bottle from Alahovi. Hazy yellow-orange color, good white head, some lace. Light aroma has grass and some fruity notes. Light-bodied. Quite watery with some yeasty notes. Light fruityness, even some citrus but quite short aftertaste. Slightly better than their pale ale.

Aaargh, gusher bottle. Hazy yellow color, good white head and lace. Aroma has grass and wood, dry yeasty notes, perharps some lurking tartness too. Light-bodied. I expected sour beer but it is actually more or less tasteless. Watery. Some grassy notes, light citrus. Not much aftertaste to talk about. Overall empty beer.

This is "vintage 2015" with a black label. Dark brown color, good creamy beige head. Tartish berries, yeast, "fermentation fumes" in the nose. Light-bodied. Tastes like redcurrant or strawberry juice with caramalt and some vegetably hops. Terribly homebrewish. Looks like last year’s vintage was better.

A very dark brown beer, a head is quite small and blond. Aroma has bready maltyness, syrup and some roastiness. Taste is quite sweet, syrup, bread and some rostiness, also hint of vanilla. Quite light bodied, nice carbonation. Less sweetness and then would be better.

A golden beer, a head is small and white. Aroma has some tropical notes and grapefruits, also some soap. Taste has grapefruits, some sweetness, also soap and chalk, mild bitterness. Quite light bodied, fresh. Small mistakes should be disappeared and then this would be quite nice.

Many thanks to rosenbergh for this bottle! Sadly this bottle exploded in my cellar without any reason. The nose from the rest was fruity-fresh, hints of fruity sourness. And it left quite a mess...

Pours brown with a thick foamy head. Aroma of artificial vanilla, burnt malts, earthy notes and hints of off flavors. Taste is sweetish, artificial and earthy with some mild hints of vanilla and sourish off flavors. Finish is yeasty, stuffy and weird with sour off flavors. Feels bad man.

Bottle from trade with rosenbergh, many thanks. Hazy brown golden color with huge white head. Berries, light citrus hops in aroma. Taste, peaches, citrus hops, harsh bitterness in finish. Thin bodied, little bit watery beer.

Aroma is pleasant with strong vanilla tones, mocha coffee and semi-dark chocolate. Flavour has vanilla, mocha and some chocolate. A bit watery but quite delicious still. Reminds me of Ruosniemen Vahtimestari. Vanilla is definitely my sweet spot.

BBE 02/16 - Pours dark brown with a small bubbly head. Aroma of vanilla, syrup, hints of malts and cocoa. Taste is watery and syrupy with loads of vanilla, hints of malts and cocoa. Finish is sweetish, syrupy and slightly roasty with loads of vanilla. Smooth and light bodied vanilla overdose.
