Black with a creamy, beige head. An enticing malt-heavy aroma promises coffee and chocolate. Alongside it all, the steady scent of pine. Taste is roasted bitter with a very faint tartness at the finish, which on the whole feels underwhelming in its simplicity. Lingering pine needles. Medium-bodied, moderate to mild carbonation. Decent.

Auburn with a creamy, off-white head that lingers the duration. Aroma of pears, caramel, and something less enticing—in the direction of plastic. Taste is very mildly sweet up front, moderate bitter at the back with a bit of ash on the tongue. Medium-bodied, mild carbonation. Grows on you.

Can. Brown colour with a mediumsized lasting beige foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is chocolate, coffee, mild toasted tones with some nutty elements too. Flavour is coffee, toasted tones, some rye malts and mild floral hops. A bit on the watery side of things. A bit homebrewish (but in a good way).

Canned, 330 ml at Njiva. Shared with others. Hazy yellow with large white head. Hoppy, grassy, dry, bitter. Medium bodied. Good.
