Pajiza ligeramente turbia, abundante espuma muy carbónica y que por tanto no dura mucho. Aroma cítrico y algo herbal. En boca ligera y muy gaseosa, demasiado, aunque el sabor está más o menos logrado, con agradable base dulce de malta y buen contrapunto de lúpulos que aportan el golpe cítrico y también espaciado. Lo estropea un ligero pero perceptible tono metálico. Claro recuerdo de ale belga. No está mal, con virtudes y defectos.

Bottle from Venerables. BB 03-2015, lote 003. Amber colour, medium sized off’-white head. Nose is toasted malts, caramel, light fruity. Flavour is toasted malts, caramel malts, bit of fruits. Some sweetness. Medium carbonation. Finish is slightly sweet and slightly bitter. Really middle of the road.

Bottle from a delicatessen shop, Burgos. Hazy amber coloured, with a thin head. Nose is caramel malts, slightly hopped, slightly fruity. Flavour is caramel malts, medium to high carbonation, slightly fruity. A bit of wood polish, maybe some peach. Finish is slightly bitter and dry. Not very good, a bit of a letdown actually considering the price (2,90 for a 33cl bottle).
