Наша пивоварня расположена в г. Химки и выпускает пиво с 2016 г.
Мы – за научный подход к пивоварению. Мы знаем, что вкус и аромат пива определяют четко выстроенные технологические процессы, в которых важна точность и внимательность. Именно филигранное соблюдение всех составляющих пивоваренного производства, включая рецептуры, температурные и временные режимы, давление, санитарные нормы, а также использование качественного сырья, делают пиво таким, каким мы его любим.

На настоящий момент наша пивоварня производит более 50000 литров самого разнообразного пива в месяц.

Can. Dark brown, coffee foam. Aroma: sweet, chocolate with pepper, cocoa, cool. Taste: milk chocolate and chili kills everything, warming, powerful, dangerous.

Tap. Slightly pinkish, in a haze, pinkish foam. Aroma: raspberries, raspberry jam and yogurt, very sweet. Taste: sour, some sweetness of raspberry jam, easy.

Can. Dark amber color, yellowish foam. Aroma: sweet, light dried fruits, candies, candied fruits, a little fortified wine. Taste: sweet, candied fruits, dried fruits, a little alcoholic, a bitter finish, not very balanced.

Tap. Golden with light haze, slightly yellow foam. Aroma: fruity, citruses, slightly sour. Slightly sour taste, fruity, citrus, grapefruit zest, strange bitterness.

330ml bottle from Bochka in Moscow. Pours black with a thin tan head. Aroma is roasted malt, cedar needles and liquorice. Taste is medium sweet, roasted malt, coffee and cedar needles. I though I would like it more. I think the cedar should be more dominant. Nice experiment, though. Clearly for drinking in the middle of the Russian winter.

Look: misty golden, decent white head. Aroma: massive lemon and lime, additional malt. Taste: quite sweet, lemon and lime, malt inbetween. Palate: medium body. soft carbonation. Overall: sweet and pop.

Can from my wife: pours bright red with a small pinkish head. Aroma is loads of sweet cherry and vinegar. Taste has a really bright sweet cherry flavor, but it is also quite acidic with vinegary notes. I wish this was a little less sour, but it is still a fine beer.
