Can, 0.33l. Aroma of caramel, flowers, dried fruit and vanilla. Pours cloudy amber brown color with large soapy tan-like head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts with medium sweet toasted malt and dried fruit, following is floral and nutty, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is average herbal bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Irish red is not dead…

Relatively mild chocolatey and malty aroma, a little bit of brown fruity notes, or dried dark fruity notes. flavor is caramelly, chocolatey, faint coffee, sweet malty as well as roasted malty, dark dried fruits. fairly nice flavor and quite complex, I would wish it had some more power and a more agressive taste, it's almost like if it was a truly great 9% flavor bomb that had been watered down to 5.9%. Soo yea' quite tasty if you ignore some of the water.

Can. Explosive. Bbf 26 06 2021 rated 2023 05 16. When trying to open, the can rupured not at the opening mechanism but to the side. Got a blue fingertip from the blast, but the twisted metal did not cut me, fortunately. Huge pop and half a can of beer in mid air way too close to my keyboard which did not survive. I managed to pour some pf the gushing beer into my glass. Clearly in top10 can explosions i have witnessed. Keyboard needed replacement anyway. Aroma is grapefruity and citrus fruity with notes of wild yeasts. Flavor is oranges, slightly soapy kind of note. Faint yeasty sawdusty note. Not bad.
