Drucken på fat på Brewdog Bar, Malmö. Disig gyllengul vätska. Fin humledoft med citrus och grön humle. Men i doften överskuggas allt av kokosen. Det är som att dricka kokostoppar (småkakan). Och det funkar riktigt bra. Särskilt om man gillar kokostoppar. Kanske lite endimensionell men gott

Tap@Brewdog Malmö - Orange pour with white head. Aroma and tatse is medium sour fruity with some nice apricot and gooseberry notes, medium acidic, bretty, floral and herbal hoppy accents, light funk, tart fruity finish.

Tap@Brewdog Malmö - thick orange coloured pour with white head. Aroma and taste is unsurprisingly mango forward, rich fruity and juicy, nice juicy mouthfeel, fruity hoppy medium bitter into the close. Nice.

Keg at Bishops Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm. Hazy golden, mid sized head. Mild citrus and sichuan peppers up front. Mid sweet with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Dominated by citrus and bell peppers. Tongue numbing sichuan pepper heat comes through in the finish. Appreciate the idea, love sichuan peppers, and Chinese brewers have proved that the concept works. It comes across as somewhat clean/metallic though.

Comment: Completely dominated by coconut. I don’t mind it since i like coconut, but it might be considered too unbalanced.
