My goodness. What a start for a young brewery like this. This one was just pure class
Solid red pour with a fine lasting head. Dotted lacing. My noe loved this one. Would not end it. Such a mellow and fine raspberry and peach aroma mmmm. Very balanced and fine acidity and sweetness. Pleasant and easy to drink. Fine lasting tail. Balanced raspberry, peach and some mild lactic notes in the flavor.

Keg at Bishop's Arms Gamla Stan, Stockholm. Cloudy golden, small head. Aroma of lemon juice with a herbal touch. Tart and citric with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Citric acid, salt and seaweed. Low bitterness.

Keg at Ölstugan Tullen Hornstull, Stockholm. Hazy burgundy colour, minimal head. Aroma of cheery juice and vanilla. Mid sweet with mild tartness. Light-medium bodied with clean, hard mouthfeel. Cherry juice and vanilla. Nothing more. The hard mouthfeel doesn't lend it any drinkability at all. Utterly meaningless.

Sample @ �lstugan tullen, Hornstull. Poured cherry red color. Pink head. Aroma has cherries, candy, sourness. Tart in flavors, authentic cherry notes, also quite sweet later on.
