(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 30 Sep 2022) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of apricots, passion-fruit, lime and citrus. Fruity, tart taste with passion-fruit, peaches and lime. No evident bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tasty and refreshing, with a fresh, dry acidity and a good fruit character. Nice one.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Deep amber colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is floral, fruity, nectary and some slight toffeeish tones with mild coffee. Flavour is nutty, some coffee, chocolate and some toffeeish tones. Quite big floral and wooden bitterness in the finish too.

ABV: 7.0%. Clear dark brown amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, dark malt, fruity malt, dark fruit, wood, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, dark malt, fruity malt, toasted, caramel, sweet malt, medium dry to dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20230210]

Fruity, tart taste with notes of raspberries, lemon, vanilla, redberries and a dry and tart finish. Medium body, dry. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

(Can, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 29 Sep 2022) Black colour with frothy, brown head. Malty, roasted nose with espresso, cacao, black bread and oak wood. Malty, roasted taste with notes of espresso, cacao, blueberries, oak wood, cognac and a generous coffee bitterness in a warming, slightly boozy, finish. Full body, quite sweet. Quite powerful, but really tasty and fairly well balanced for its strength. Very nice.

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Deep mahogany colour, firm mid sized head. Aroma of toffee, bread and honey. Mid sweet with solid body and rounded mouthfeel. Toffee, dates and toast, some hay and coffee. Quite bitter finish. A solid piece.

Can 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with a rich, light brown head with good retntion. Distinct rum in the nose if a little rustic in the woodiness. Rich, lightly sweet, roast with a carbonation to the low side. Medium body only. Again distinct rum flavors, subtle vanilla and quite some woody tannins. No real hop bitterness, but some finishing astrigency from the dark malts and the wood. Solid if not perfect barrel aging. Doesn't really appear to be 12,5%. 070123

Can@SBWF2022. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is cognac, toast, liquorice, alcohol and some slight wooden and vanillaish tones. Flavour is liquorice, some cognac, wood, mild wooden tones with vanilla and some toffee tones. Very smooth palate.

Draught@Nolia Beer 2019. Black colour, small beige head. Aroma is alcohol, liquorice, some wood, mild nutty and some vanilla tones. Flavour is liquorice, toffee, some mild earth and mild toffee to it. Tasty!
