Clear golden body with a decent white top. Dotted lacing. Moderate intensity in the aroma. A bit unbalanced sweetness. Flavor is kind of true to style. Malty, mild fruity and herbal. A bit more bitterness would have helped a lot. [On tap @ source]

Dark nutty murky pour with a thin layer on top. Did not look to inviting. Quite mild aroma also. Soft carbonation level and a decent balanced sweetness. Nutty, toffee and fruity flavor. [On tap @ source]

Cloudy brown ish pour with a tan layer on top. Ok intensity in the aroma. Mostly fruity and toffee. Soft carbonation level and an ok bitterness. Decent tail. Weird fruity flavor in this one. Also resinous, toffee and some pine. Ughh….no this is not my match pint…. [On tap @ source]

Black pour (surprise surprise) and a fine beige head. Solid lacing down the sides of the glass. Pleasant and fine intensity in the aroma. Soft carbonation level and fine tail in the back of my mouth. Easy and pleasant to drink. Quite typical roast and coffee flavor. Mild lactic in the back. [On tap @ Source] Brewery #2043

1/3 pint on keg at Long Arm Pub & Brewery. Covering beige head to a deep mahogany coloured body. Clingy lacing. Quite rich smell of dried fruits and bread. Mid-sweet dried fruity flavours spiced with cinnamon. Malt-fruity ending, not overly sweet. Fine depth. Likable. (London 11.01.2019).

Keg, 1/3 pint on a sample tray at the brewpub. Hazed amber coloured body, remaining beige head leaving spotty lacing on the glass. Dough fruity aromas, mid-sweet. Decent taste character of honeyed fruits and bread-like malts. Smooth ending with a distant bitter touch. Medium bodied. Pretty alright. (London 11.01.2019).

One-third pint, keg at Long Arm Pub & Brewery. An off-white head with fine duration. Upper part lacing. Misty amber-copper coloured body. Inviting aroma of caramel malts, semi dry. Fine blended taste profile of caramel malts, herbal hops and bread. Smoothly roasted finish. Like it. (London 11.01.2019).

Sample tray, third, on keg at the brewpub. Patchy white layer, crocheted lacing down the glass. Grey-golden body with a wheat haze. Moderate smell of fruity wheat, mid-sweet. Bread and ripe banana flavours added by spices. Spiced bittersweet finish. Quite mouth filling. Fair enough. (London 11.01.2019).
