Keg at Bishops Arms Gustav, Malmö. Cloudy copper colour, rich firm head. Raisiny nose with toast and marmalade. Dry with light-medium body and soft mouthfeel. Toast, raisins and marzipan. Long balanced bitter finish. Very harmonious.

Tap @ Bishops Arms, Gustav Adolf. Hazy deep red with a big and lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, fruity and light hoppy - fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 281215

Draft @ Bishops Arms Gustav, Malmö. Pours a slightly hazy yellow golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity spicy yeasty aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty finish.

Cask at Bishops Arms Gustaf, Malmö, on September 15, 2015.Clear brown color, small teal head. Malty, toffee, light roasted, faint butterscotch, fruity, red berries, slight acidic scent. Fruity, light acidic, red berries, roasted taste. Roasted aftertaste. Thin mouthfeel, low bitterness. Something felt a little bit off with this one. Though I heard from others last time ot was served on keg the character was quite different.

On tap at Bishops Arms Gustav Adolfs Torg, Malmö. A bit hazy dark golden with a white head. Sweetish with malt, yeast, grass, some dried fruit and alcohol. The finish was medium bitter.

Fat på Bishop, Gustav, Malmö. Smak och doft av humle, jäst, svaga karamelltoner, torkad frukt, päron, vita russin, gröna druvor, gräs och örter. Rund och len, känsla av vitt vin, väl dold alkohol, fruktigt och friskt, stor sötma o fin beska.
