Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av humle, malt, karamell, kanel med toner av nejlika och torkade äpplen. Rund och len, fin fruktighet och sötma, bra balans och beska. Spännande och gott!

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Dark brown, rich head. Distinct aroma of cinnamon and caramel. Mid sweet with medium-full body and rounded, oily mouthfeel. Peppery and fruity with caramel, nutmegs and cinnamon. Low bitterness. Interesting and quite elegant.

At SBWF 2017. A bit hazy orange with a small white head. Mild with citrus, mango and some light pineapple. Soft and easy to drink with a medium body.

Draught @ MBWF 2017 [ Malmö- Öl & Whiskyfestival 2017 ], Malmömässan, Mässgatan 6, 215 32 Malmö, Sweden. [ As Pax Citra ].Hazy matt medium orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, sweet citrus. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity hops, fruity maslt, citrus, vanilla sweet - sweet citrus, spicy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170311] 7-3-7-3-15
