Bottled. A hazy pale golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, malt, fruits, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, fruits primarily apples, spices, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours deep golden with a slight haze and a small white head. Sweet oxidized rotten fruit in the nose - noble rot. Rich body, only a slight tingle of carbonation, very, very sweet rotten fruit, thick and syrupy. Absolutely no bitterness. More Sherry than beer! 080512

On tap. Cloudy opaque dark brown with a tall, handsome and creamy light brown head leaving some lacework. Mellow roast aroma - perhaps with a whiff of chocolate. Quite a rich and full body, some malty roast, a little sweet chocolate and a whiff of yeast. The bitterness is surprisingly present. 280112
