Cask at Baker Street, Preston. Dark brown with light roasted malts, this ale was classed as an Irish stout on its clip, but is fairly undistinguished in the main.

Rocky beige head left a collar on a near black still body. Dark chocolate, malt, pine & berry aroma. Medium bodied, minimal carbonation - dry & cloying on the back. Bitter hoppy tastes with spruce, malt, sugar, citrus & berry.
