Description
Beer Brothers Brewery is Preston's biggest micro brewery, producing a wide range of excellent tasting beers. We brew craft and real ales to our own unique recipes. The Brewery also benefits from having its own Taproom and bottle shop on site.
Brewing ceased in early 2023 following a split in the partners with brewing continuing as Hopworks Brew Co.

3/7/2021: Shared with Dan & Grumbo. Aroma of ash, liquorice, coffee and roasted malts. Taste of vanilla, coffee, and ash. Smooth but a bit watery. Still good.

ABV: 4.4%. Light cloudy - hazy looking with a medium amber yellow colour, a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, cookie, caramel, sweet malt, candy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, candy, sweet malt, hops bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20191011]

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, bread, cereal, dark malt, chocolate. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, roasted - bread. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20191010]

Hazy orange colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have a nice base note of caramel malt. Rounded taste. Nice floral hop bitterness.
