Fat Bryggarnas ölbar tredjelångg. Klassiskt modernt Dipa färgad. Doftar äpple, blommor, persika,. Smakar blommigt och ja rejält blommigt med päron och persika. Bra Dipa i nya Ängland stil och jag är impad ölen har så komplexa smaker det är ju en en Single hop Dipa. Varför inte högre betyg då? Jo finns ju fler Dipor med sjukt god smak som måste betygsättas högre. Men . Bra jobbat Apex med denna Dipa. Ok ska man lyckas med Singla hop dipa är det ju med Citra och kanske ett par till moderna.

Fat Växjö. Väldigt ljus medelgrumlig Dipa. Doftar faktiskt urin sen lite plast ha ha. I munnen bärig känsla och vit vin krusbär och blommor. Rätt god smak och ok mjuk eftersmak. Ja just eftersmaken brukar ju svenska bryggerier misslyckas med då stora beskan slår in utan smaker. Denna Dipa har faktiskt mild men fin eftersmak. Jävla konstig otäck doft dock. God Dipa

Can 440ml. @ home. [ As Apex Single Hop IPA (Citra) ].Hazy medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light oat, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, frutiy hops, minerals, grass, light pine, celery ? Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, minerals, citrus, grass, pine notes, medium dry, refreshing, light oat. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, oat, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, grass, fruity hops, light pine - spicy hops.
