On tap at WBF 2025, pours a murky dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma reveals plenty of the cedar, with oak, light bourbon, and dry toasted malts. Flavour comes together, with cedar overtones, toasted malt, light sugars, and a touch of vanillin from the bourbon. The cedar addition was a good idea and well-executed.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a murky dark brown/near-black with a small tan head. Aroma has plenty of plums, big tannic red wine presence, and rich malts. Flavour is boozy and chaotic, with lots of perfumey red wine, syrupy plums, alcohol, and sugars. Lacking integration, which would be difficult to achieve given the cockamamie concept.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has plenty of vanilla, gentle coconut, booze, and sticky sugars. Flavour is sticky and boozy but refined and integrated, with plenty of sticky sugars, light vanilla, alcohol, and gentle bourbon. Integrated and surprisingly drinkable for the ABV. Excellent.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours black, tiny head. Aroma is full of intense sherry, plenty of wood, and medium roast. Flavour is complex and surprisingly elegant for something like this, with dry woody sherry, light roast, and largely fermented out dark sugars. Elegant and complex. This is great.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma has gentle earthy hops, light pine, and medium roast. Flavour is nicely roasted, with medium roasted malt, earthy hops, and a touch of old coffee grounds. Good balance but not as vibrant as hoped.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours murky brown with a beige head. Dry roasted malts and some light pine on the nose. Flavour has more dry roasted malts and a slightly stale, woody pine character. It's okay, but could be more aggressive.
