From a 500ml bottle. Stable tan-coloured head to an unclear red-brown body. Aroma of sweet bread. Taste of prunes and sweet malts. Honey sweet ending. Ok version of a kvas (kindly shared by djoeye, Tromsø 27.02.2014).

Thanks to djoeye for sharing a 500ml can of this one. Pours a pale golden body. Fair amount of lacing from a creamy, white head. Moderate smell of sweet pale malts. Similar taste, honey sweet. Metallic alcohol on the swallow. Little to offer, rather dull and empty (Tromsø 17.01.2014).

500ml can, kindly shared by djoeye. Slowly diminishing white head leaving lacing rings down the glass. Clear straw coloured body. Modest smell of grass and pale malts. Mid-sweet fruity taste mingled with grainy malts. Brief notes of fruity hops to the ending. Crispy in the mouth. Standard and drinkable (Tromsø 17.01.2014).

500ml can carried back home from Marijampole and shared by djoeye on a Friday beer session. Declining, chalk white head to a yellow-gold body, next to clear. Firm lacing. Mild aroma of grain and mid-dry fruits. Apple, mid-sweet and mid-dry, flavour on a grainy backbone. Moderate malt-fruity ending. Soft carbonated. Clean in the mouth. On par with the style (Tromsø 17.01.2013).

50 cl bottle @ HeBF’13, BBE 25.03.2014
Aroma has cocoa, some woody notes, malt and hints of alcohol. Flavour has soy sauce, some salty licorice, hay and distant woody notes. Also hints of vanilla ice cream. Feels a bit artifical with essence aromas. Quite typical east European porter.

Dark brown colour, small head. Notes of dark rye bread, a bit of sweet aromas like caramel or honey. Medium sweetness. Drinkable and thirst-quenching, sweetness does not disturb and the aroma feels very natural.
