2021-08-22: Bottle at home. Pours hazy golden to light amber with dense white head that lasts. Aroma of malt, bread, some fruity and floral notes. Tastes slightly bitter with some sweetness. Thin bodied, dry finish. Maybe a little bit too hoppy for a Helles, but a decent beer! 2021-12-28: On tap at Union Brauerei, Bremen. Distinct aroma of floral hops, some sulfur. Tastes has little bitterness but is well balanced as a Helles should be.

330ml bottle. Murky, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Lactic and slightly fruity aroma, hints of sauerkraut, peach, a touch of raspberry. Taste is sweet-and-sour, fruity and lactic, diluted hints of peach, unripe peach, nectarine, a touch of raspberry, mild sauerkraut, watery passages, a minimally metallic touch. Mushy texture, smooth, minimally astringent palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Despite its mushy texture overall rather watery; dreary, ramshackle, basic Berliner got peach purée jam-packed - upgradable.

2021-08-03: Bottle at home. Pours hazy golden with white head. Aroma of flowers, light bread, cookies, notes of H2S. Tastes quite bitter with little sweetness. Thin bodied, dry and bitter finish. A decent pilsner! 2023-09-30: Aroma of diacetyl.
