Cask at the White Swan JDW, Solihull. Poured a clear golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is light malt, light hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, somewhat light, big yeasty, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask at Tamworth Beer Fest. Murky cola brown. No head. Aroma is chewy - cacao, caramel and saline. Flavourwise it's awful [clearly I was so disgusted I didn't bother expanding on this comment].Light to thin. Slick and stuff.

Gravity cask at the 31st Tamworth Beer Festival, Assembly Rooms Tamworth, day 2 - 05/09/2025.
Black with a tan head that soon thins.
Nose is roast malts, cocoa powder, toffee, brown bread.
Taste comprises mellow roast, coffee nip, caramel, dark malts.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close.
Okay ... didn't pick up any salt.

Cask at London North Western, Birmingham. Pours golden yellow with minimal off-white head. Not much of an aroma, just some vague lemony hints. In the mouth the immediate reaction is of how watery the texture is. It is sweet with hints of floral hops and citrus which gradually get stronger. Traces of melon and mango later leading to a slightly sticky finish. Not a bad beer just blandness personified.
