Description
We use the finest quality ingredients, superior brewery methods and state-of-the-art equipment to produce our ales. Our ethos is to offer the finest ales, produced with passion and to the highest standards. We produce 6 core real ales, alongside unique and varied monthly seasonals, and a range of craft keg beers.

Reported closed in 2024, with some beers being brewed at Magpie.

Tap at The 14th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival '22, second day. Brewery Bars. Shared with Finn. Clear golden, spotty lacing, fading white head. Malt-fruity nose, bread and a citric touch. Similar taste of mild lemony hops and grainy malts. Rounded malt-fruity finish. Satisfying. (Nottingham 13.10.2022).

Tap at The 14th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival '22, second day. Brewery Bars. Shared with Finn (celebration of his rating no. 15000). Next-to-clear golden body, spotty lacing, firm white head. Fresh, plain citrus aromas. Moments of grapefruit and lemon to the flavour character. Rounded fruity ending. Medium bodied. Pretty decent. (Nottingham 13.10.2022).

Cask at Trent Navigation, kindly shared by Finn. Stable white head, next-to-clear golden body, spotty lacing. Mid-dry hop fruity aromas, scent of orange. Fresh citrus flavours, including orange and grapefruit. Short hop fruity ending, semi sweet. Easy to drink. Satisfying. (Nottingham 12.10.2022).

Half-pint, cask at Trent Navigation. Shared with Finn. Patchy beige head leaving spotty lacing on the glassware. Jet black body. Promising chocolate malty aromas, nicely roasted. Dark malt-driven flavours, moments of chocolate and liquorice, a bit ashy. Plain roasted malty ending, semi-dry. Medium bodied. Decent stout version. (Nottingham 12.10.2022).

Tried at the 2022 Nottingham Camra Beer Festival. Jet black no head. Oily. Lots of velvety chocolate and sweet. Slight treacle. No noticeable alcohol.
