Flavor is moderate sweet and light to light moderate bitter with a average duration, sugary, cardboard, sweet malt, white sugar, almonds. Pours hazy golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, toffee and banana. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. As Tillykke Lys. A lightly hazy, golden beer with a finger-thick dense, white head. It’s rather malty on the nose, fruity and some diacetyl and dms. It’s rather thin on the palate, with a soft carbonation. Dms, diacetyl notes and some fruityness in the flavor, Some bitterness too. Fruity, grassy finish with some diacetyl and dms. Not all clean this one, but quite decent anyway. 150314
