Draught Winston festival 2021. Rated on 06.08.2021 Aroma has buttery malt. Also some grassy and herbal tones. Flavour has buttery, malt with mild herbal and grassy notes. Somewhat simple pils but works.

Plastic keg @ Winston Festival 2021. Rated on 06.08.2021 Aroma has smoky tones and caramel. Also licorice. Feels mild. Flavour has banana esthers, alcohol, strong malty tones. Good sahti, perhaps a bit floury though.

Smell of malt, straw, some green apple. Hazy golden colour, very high white head. Aroma of caramel malt, earth, some rotten fruit. Stuffy. Flat carbon.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Clear pale golden, small head. Mild aroma of sweet applkes and grass. Sweetish with light body and clean mouthfeel. Fruity and cidery with slight bread and grass. Low bitterness. More of generic lager than a pilsener.

[ As Rocking Bear Pils ].
ABV: 4.9%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, cookie, pale malt, light to moderate yeasty, light bubble gum. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, straw, sweet malt, pale malt, light yeast - minerals. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Tap at Olutsatama 2021, Jyväskylä. Color is slightly cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Pine, hops, some resiny, malts.... no hazy stuff. Basically pretty good Colorado IPA
