Cask at Smithfield, Derby. Pours a golden orange with a small white head. There is tangerine and some generic citrus in the aroma. Summer ruits to the fore in the mouth, overlaid on a base of biscuits. Later on marmalade comes through, and it becomes quite bitter in a traditional way. Finish is dry with some fruit. Quite nice but more a bitter than a pale.

Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, nutty, fruity malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181020]
