Cask at GBBF 2007. A light golden beer with a thick white head. The aroma is sweet with very citrusy hoppy notes. The flavor is sweet with a light malty back ground on which is citrusy hoppy notes, leading to a dry and slightly bitter finish. Nice.

Cask @ GBBF 2007, London. [ As Full Mash Seance ]. Clear light yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, sweet, light fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [200708**] 5-3-5-3-11 Cask (handpump) @ The Johnson Arms, 59 Abbey Street, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG7 2NZ. [ As Full Mash Seance ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, toasted,moderate hoppy, citrus, grass, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask@GBBF2007. Clear golden colour, mediumsized white creamy head. Aroma is vegetables, fruity hops, some earth and spices. Flavour is hoppy, vegetably and grassy. Also quite riped fruits in aftertaste.

Cask (handpump) @ Wellington, B2, Birmingham. Clear light yellow amber color with a small, creamy / fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate hoppy, citrus, lemon, lime. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Very nice and refreshing. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat.

Cask at the Hobgoblin, Reading. Bright, clear, light straw colour with a rim of white head; fresh citrus aromas; refreshing citrus taste but rather thin; weak and disappointing finish. Started well, but needs more depth of body.

Cask at Banbury Beer Festival Fri 23rd March. Golden in colour, some honey notes on the nose, fresh, crisp and tasty beer with a touch of sweetness and nice gentle bitterness at end (bit cold though)

Cask gravity at Notts BF 05. Black beer, thin bubbly beige head. Bit bready on aroma, some liquorice and choc. Some acids and powdery choc in mouth. OK stout, not fantastic, not awful
