Description
The company was founded in July 2014. They commenced brewing commercially in 2016. It uses a 2.5-barrel plant. Almost all production is in small pack form. It runs a bottle shop on Preston Market where it's beers are regularly available.

18/7/2019. Bottle from Priest Town Brewing Bottle Shop, Preston. Bit of gushing on opening. Pours hazy amber bronze with a small off-white head. Aroma of toffeee, malt, fruit, berries, hint of chocolate and green rhubarb. Moderate sweetness with medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, a bit above average carbonation. Quite decent but too fizzy.

Bottle. Slight gusher. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are sweet dried fruits, caramel, little alcohol, malt and hops. Sweet and warming finish.

11/7/2019. Bottle from Priest Town Bottle Shop, Preston. Opens with a bit of a gush and pours dark amber with an average size off-white head. Aroma of malt, toffee, biscuit, plumy dark fruits, bread and light chocolate. Moderate sweetness and medium plus bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation (after calming for a few minutes). Quite enjoyable.

330ml bottle bought at Priest Town Brewing Bottle Shop, Preston Market. Shared with Finn. Dissipating beige head over a clear copper coloured body. Dotted spots on the glass. Smell of earth and dried fruits. Malt-fruity flavours, hints of dried fruits. Ends with mid-sweet fruits. Medium bodied. Just alright. (Hotel room 09.02.2019)

330ml bottle bought at Priest Town Bottle Shop, Preston Market. Shared with Finn. Diminishing white head, dark spots on the glass, rosewood body. Moderate smell of caramel malts and dried fruits. Toffee, caramel, dried fruits and a distant note of anise to the taste profile. Ends bittersweet. Medium bodied. Quite alright. (Hotel room 09.02.2019).

ABV: 3.7%. ✅ Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, bread, cookie, sweet malt, nutty - peanut notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, cookie, fruity malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181018]
