(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 2 Sep 2024) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of black coffee, liquorice, soy sauce and whiskey. Malty, roasted taste with dark chocolate, black coffee, soy sauce, liquorice, whiskey, oak wood and a warming, slightly boozy, finish with a balanced coffee/cacao bitterness. Full body, with a certain sweetness. Powerful and strong, but more balanced than the 13% would suggest. Really rich and soothing. Great beer!
