Description
Founded in 2016 by James Ward, Lough Gill Brewing Company aims to restore the lost tradition of brewing to Sligo town, a small town that once hosted 5 breweries. The idea stemmed from an ever-growing passion for brewing delicious beer and a unique opportunity of various skill sets and business synergy.

Hazy pink orange colour. Aroma and flavour have sweet and floral raspberry notes. Only slightly tart. Well balanced.

Pale yellow and clear with no head. Aroma and flavour have the lacto sourness and also the aromatic and orange zest notes of coriander seed. Clean. Not particularly sour.

Labeled as a West Coast IPA. Pours light amber gold with a medium white rocky head. Nose is very thin and muted fruity hops, some grassy and sweet malts. Flavour is very thin and watery.
