ABV: 8.5%. Clear dark dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, sweet malt, roasted, brown sugar, coffee - ash touch. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, roasted, chocolate, licorice feel, dark malt, sweet malt, coffee - ash, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230106]

Sample (thanks omhper!). Black colour with small brown head. Aroma is roasted, some dried fruity and ashy tones. Flavour is ashy, roasted, some dried fruits and mild wooden tones. Smooth and silky palate.

Can 33 cl. Extremely fizzy pour. Cloudy, opaque pale yellow with a gigantic, frothy white head leaving a neat lacework as it dissipates. Chalky, yeasty nose. Light, fruity body, dry and slightly yeasty. Quite some bitterness. Not too bad, and luckily not as fizzy as the pour indicated. 191022
