Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il caramello. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di caramello, miele, cracker, frutta secca, pane tostato e agrumi.

Draught. Deep ambery brown colour with a small off-white foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is leathery, some dried fruits, toasted and mild nutty tones to it. Flavour is leathery, some dried fruits, mild nutty tones with some slight spiciness as well as some mild bitterness to it. Pump up the abv a bit and this would have potential.

Draught. Amber colour with a mediumsized off-white foamy head. Aroma is floral, some nectary, caramelly and mild earthy tones with some mild fudge to it. Flavour is fudge, some caramel, floral, fruity and mild bitterness to it as well. Old-schooly.

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2021. Hazy yellow colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is funky, some pear, mild lemon and a bit herbal tones. Flavour is yeasty, some lemon, mild funk as well as some bitterness and mild earthy tones.

Bottle (from SOPP Helsinki Shop. Coppery amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, toast, some mild roast with a bit wooden tones too. Flavour is wooden, soem herbal, roasted and toasted tones with mild herbal and earthy tones. Tasty for being only 3.8 %.
