330ml bottle from Pien. Pours dark copper orange with a small head. Aroma of malts, grainy notes, earthiness, hints of glue, berries and herbal hops. Taste is sweetish, grainy and earthy with some herbal hops, hints of gooseberries, pine and resin. Finish is bitter, crisp and slightly sweetish with hints of earthiness, berries and herbal hops. Decent, but the aroma feels a bit off.

5.4 % ABV version. Negligible smell, black colour, with light brown head. Aroma of ash, coffee, oak. Some jallu to be noted. Bitter. Light body, if this was 6.3 previously, it probably was better.

Tap at Black Door, Helsinki. Color is dark brown with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Some dryness, some coffee and roasted malts. Boring.

Draught @ tommyknocker. Poured near black with a thin brown head. Charcoal, roasty, heavy brew. Roasted malt, chocolate, ash and soy sauce. Very heavy stuff.

(Keg at Olutravintola Malmgård, 20180302) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had burnt malts, ash and cocoa powder. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, sweetness, cocoa, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt, sweet and bitter. A pleasant burnt brew.

(Keg at Olutravintola Malmgård, 20180302) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had burnt malts, liquorice and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, sweetness, burnt malts, liquorice and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, hoppy and bitter. A pleasant but not aggressive hoppy and burnt brew.

(Keg at Olutravintola Malmgård, 20180302) The beer poured amber and lightly hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, herbalness and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, citricness, herbalness, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, malty and bitter. A bit messy hoppy brew. Not bad though.

Draught @ OlutExpo 2017, Helsinki. Pours orange with a small head. Aroma of grainy malts, pine, citrus and caramel. Taste is grainy, earthy and grassy with some hints of hay and pine. Finish is stuffy, sweetish and earthy with some grainy malts and toffee. A bit unbalanced, doesn't feel very fresh or IPAish.

Tap at Olutexpo 2017, Helsinki. Color is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Some caramel, berries, strawberries, some fruits, hops and malts. Pretty bad actually.
