Crisp, malty, grassy with a proper bitterness, dry. Quaffable. Floral, light citrusy dry finish.

Rowanberry like flavor. Somewhat peppery but not spicy. Slightly sharp, tart. Otherwise a refreshing lager.

A fairly typical all day ale, some fruity hops and light malts. Easy to drink, easy to forget.

Bière dégustée à l’aéroport d’Helsinki, servie à la pression. Robe dorée légèrement trouble, mousse fine et éphémère. Nez discret mais floral, mêlant céréales douces, une pointe de moût, et des notes d’agrumes et de fruits tropicaux. En bouche, c’est doux et assez rond, avec une base maltée. Quelques touches acidulées et un petit côté fermier un peu rustique viennent troubler l’ensemble. L’amertume est modérée, finale courte et un peu étouffée. Pas désagréable, mais manque de fraîcheur et de netteté. Correct, sans plus.

Bière achetée chez Pien, à Helsinki. Robe jaune doré voilée, mousse blanche modeste, peu persistante, forme un fin disque. Nez discret mais élégant : fleurs blanches, touche de miel, soupçon d’agrumes (zeste de citron vert). L’attaque est douce, assez florale, avec une amertume modérée mais présente. Arômes de zeste d’agrume, un peu de lychee, une impression presque de Citra bien qu’on soit sur du Cascade pur. Texture légère, un brin aqueuse, avec une bonne carbonatation. Le malt apporte un fond doux mais l’ensemble manque de corps, évoque davantage une session IPA ou une bière à faible degré. Finale sèche, légèrement amère, avec un retour floral. Jolie mais un peu sage, elle laisse l’impression d’un potentiel un peu retenu.

Grassy, balanced lager. Light minerally notes, makes if feel filtered, light flavored, but crisp.

Poured clear and light golden in color.
Nice piney hops, malts, grapefruit. Finishes dry and bitter, makes you want to take the next sip straight away. I would like some more malt presence, but that is just my preference.

Mellow feel. Melony, sweetish, meadowy. Not a hop I like it seems.
